Musicians from four different churches around the Maple Valley area have joined together to put on a special Christmas concert, “Behold the Lamb of God, at 7 p.m. Dec. 17-18 at at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, located at 23855 SE 216th St. in Maple Valley.

This unique, family-friendly concert tells the story of Christmas through creative and humorous songs written by Andrew Peterson, an up-and-coming Nashville-based musician whose latest song “Dancing in the Minefields” has received radio airplay nationwide.

This is the second year that local musicians have presented this special program in Maple Valley.

A freewill offering will be taken to benefit the Maple Valley Food Bank.
