On Thursday, Oct. 16, the Maple Valley-Black Diamond Chamber of Commerce will host a candidate forum at the Black Diamond Community Center, preceded by a meet and greet at 6:30 p.m. The moderator for this event will be Grifan Cayce, M.ED. Attorney at Law with Cayce Grove Law Offices.

This event is open to the public and is free, although a donation for the Black Diamond Food Bank is recommended.

The candidates for position 1 are Essie Hicks and Jay Rodne. Candidates for position 2 are Chad Magendanz and David Spring.
