- FIREWORKS: 22400 block of 276th Avenue Southeast. A portable restroom was intentionally set on fire by fireworks. Loss is estimated at $500.
Jan. 1
- FIREWORKS:18200 block of 240th Avenue Southeast. Smoldering fireworks from a New Years Eve celebration ignited landscaping trees. Loss is estimated at $60,000.
Jan. 2
- FIRE: 26600 block of 214th Place Southeast; Fire fighters were dispatched to a residential structure fire. Upon arrival they found the two-story house fully involved in fire. The residents had safely evacuated and no injuries were reported. The fire was extinguished in approximately 20 minutes. Loss is estimated at $100,000 contents and $250,000 property. The cause of the fire was accidental.
