TRESPASS
• On Jan. 7 it was reported that a couple was trespassed from a McDonald’s for loitering.
• On Jan. 10 officers were advised that a someone was sleeping under the highway 18 overpass at SE 272nd Street. Officers made contact with the subject and a trespass warning was given.
• On Jan. 10 officers responded to Costco to reports that candy had been stolen. The police report stated the subject was trespassed from the store.
• On Jan. 11 a male subject was trespassed from Safeway for reportedly stealing boxes of cough medicine.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES
• On Jan. 11 it was reported that an unknown subject opened the front door of a home but closed it once a dog started barking.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON
• On Jan. 12 officers saw a vehicle parked in the Safeway parking lot near closed businesses. The police report stated that two adults were sleeping in the vehicle.
ASSAULT
• On Jan. 7 police were called about a juvenile domestic violence assault.
FRAUD
• On Jan. 8 it was reported that the victim was contacted by the suspect through Facebook and purchased a car with fraudulent money.
NARCOTICS
• On Jan. 8 police were called about a car that was illegally parked in a public roadway. According to the police report, there were suspicious circumstances.
NEGLIGENT DRIVING
• On. Jan. 6 it was reported that a driver was pulled over for suspected driving under the influence. According to the police report, the driver had no license, his license had been suspended and was under the influence. Alcohol and medications/drugs were suspected.
• On Jan. 7 a driver was pulled over for suspected driving under the influence. The driver had been drinking at the Seahawks game and according to the police report, blew a .134 and .132.
• On Jan. 8 the suspect crashed into the round-a-bout located at Witte Road. According to the police report, the suspect was under the influence and was arrested for driving under the influence. The suspect refused a breath test and wouldn’t say where she had been drinking. Possible drugs/medication were involved.
FIREWORKS
• On Jan. 7 it was reported that fireworks were confiscated at Cherokee Bay.
DRUNKENNESS
• On Jan. 8 it was reported that the suspect was an alcoholic and was highly intoxicated inside her home. The reporting party was fearing for her well-being.
CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE VIOLATION
• On Jan. 14 officers responded to Burger King to reports that a subject was doing drugs in the bathroom. The report stated he was arrested for methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was also trespassed from the restaurant.
ROBBERY
• On Jan. 10 officers arrested a male subject for reportedly stealing merchandise from Costco. The police report stated that he reportedly swung a knife at store employees in order to flee. He reportedly concealed liquor and movies in his backpack.
VANDALISM
• On Jan. 10 it was reported that an upset customer kicked the main door at McDonald’s.
LARCENY
• On Jan. 12 it was reported that a subject who had been trespassed from Fred Meyer returned to the store and stole diapers.
