CIVIL PROBLEM

• On Aug. 26 the reporting party told officers that her ex-boyfriend had violated their parenting plan.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

• On Aug. 27 it was reported that narcotics were located in a vehicle parked outside Safeway.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• On Aug. 27 officers pulled over a vehicle for driving 60 miles per hour in a 25 mph zone. The police report stated he blew a .134 and .146. It also said he was driving without a license.

VANDALISM

• On Aug. 27 it was reported that an unknown male subject opened the victim’s van door and was attempting to steal tools when the victim showed up. The suspect then fled the scene in a dark colored vehicle.

DRIVING WITH REVOKED LICENSE

• On Aug. 27 around 4:30 a.m. officers pulled a vehicle over and after contacting the driver determined they were driving with a suspended license and failed to transfer the vehicle title. According to the police report, the vehicle also matched the description of a vehicle that was connected to a attempted theft two blocks away. The report stated the attempted theft happened roughly 50 minutes prior to officers pulling the vehicle over.

DRUNKENNESS

• On Aug. 27 a subject suffering from alcoholism reportedly stumbled into Grocery Outlet and drank wine and ate lunch meat without paying.

TRESPASS

• On Aug. 29 three subjects were found on the roof of a foreclosed home. When police arrived, the report stated, the three were about to smoke marijuana. The three were handed over to a parent.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES

• On Aug. 29 it was reported that a number of unsecured mailboxes were left open by an unknown person. The police report stated it was unclear if any mail was stolen.

• On Aug. 29 it was reported that a 13-year-old girl had been sexting with a 25 year old from West Virginia. According to the police report, she told the subject that she was 19 years old. The report also stated that her father had seen some of the messages between her and the subject.

LARCENY

• On Aug. 25 it was reported that an unknown subject stolen around $15,000 worth of smart phones from the Verizon store out of an open safe in the back office.
