Cub Scout pack 711, Den 11, helped children and their families in Nicaragua, by collecting supplies.

The boys scouted for supplies of toiletries, over the counter medicines, money to help purchase med packs, small toys.

The scouts hung bags with requests for supplies on door knobs and came back to pick up the filled bags from their neighbors.

The supplies were taken to Nicaragua by members of the “By His Spirit” medical and dental brigade through Corner of Love Ministries.

The team visited 11 villages, distributed over 8,000 pounds of medicine and supplies to an estimated 10,000 people last month.
