Among the 20 vendors was the Reptile Man, Scott Petersen, from Monroe and a local band named Recess Monkey comprised of teacher musicians.
The Kent Regional Fire Authority and Lions Club also did a rodeo.
Suspected vehicle was located at Federal Way apartment complex.
Smith represents the 9th Congressional District and Schrier represents the 8th Congressional District.
The district includes Kent, Covington and Auburn.
