ASSAULT

• On July 19 officers responded to reports that a suspect had concealed items with his clothes prior to leaving the store without paying. The police report stated he also assaulted an employee by pushing her against the wall.

• On July 26 it was reported that there was a domestic violence incident between a father and son. The report stated the victim was struck in the face.

HARASSMENT

• On July 23 officers were contacted by the owner of a phone sex business who stated she had received roughly 20 threats to kill or harm her over the last month.

FAMILY DISTURBANCE

• On July 24 the reporting party told officers her husband had threatened to kill her. The police report stated that their children were present and both claimed their dad did not say that. The report also said the husband denied threatening his wife.

ACCIDENT

• On July 24 officers responded to a collision in the 24100 block of state Route 169 where the driver who caused the accident was returning from a party in Renton. The police report stated the driver was arrested from driving under the influence and for driving with a suspended license. The police report said the driver is under 21, was high on marijuana and blew a .067 BAC.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES

• On July 25 officers on patrol observed a vehicle backing out of a residence occupied by three adults. The police report stated the vehicle suspiciously pulled back into the driveway when they spotted the patrol vehicle and all three exited quickly.

WELFARE STATUS

• On July 25 officers conducted a welfare check on a juvenile after his girlfriend reported not hearing from him in two weeks. The police report stated he was grounded and wasn’t allowed to use his phone or computer.

CIVIL PROBLEM

• On July 26 it was reported that the victim and her friend were together when the victim bought her car. The police report stated the friend took the car and paperwork from the victim.
