The Black Diamond Community Center will host the 17th annual Harvest Moon Dinner Auction, 4 p.m. Saturday Nov. 7.
The event is the center’s largest fundraiser of the year. This year the center is raising funds for the emergency assistance program, which serves low-income families of southeast King County, including Black Diamond.
Ray Limbo, with the assistance of Margaret Garrison, the center’s board secretary , will be wooing and entertaining the crowd again this year with his humorous skills as an auctioneer in the live auction.
Tickets are on sale for $35.
Dinner will be prepared by local volunteer caterer Jude Irish and includes prime rib, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, roll, salad, dessert and coffee.
There will be both a silent and live auction.
This will be a great opportunity to support the community and buy Christmas gifts.
