The Black Diamond City Council will hold its regular meeting at 7 p.m. on Aug. 21.

In new business, the council will discuss an ordinance extending the MPD application moratorium, an ordinance amending the municipal code regarding development agreements and a resolution authorizing a jail agreement with Yakima County.

The meeting will be held at 25510 Lawson St.
