All subjects in the police blotter are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

THREATS

• On May 1 officers were notified that a customer called the Sport Clips and threatened to vandalize the store after receiving a bad haircut, according to the reporting party.

MALICIOUS HARASSMENT

• On April 28 it was reported that a mutual Facebook harassing situation led to malicious harassment.

LARCENY

• The victim reported on April 29 that her purse was stolen from her passenger seat in the McDonald’s parking lot. The report stated the vehicle window was broken to gain access.

• On April 29 while parked outside LA Fitness the victim told officers her rear driver’s window was smashed and items from inside were stolen. Among the stolen items was a school laptop.

• On April 30 officers responded to the report that the reporting party had left his wallet on the sidewalk outside McDonald’s when he went inside to use the restroom. When he returned his wallet was missing. The report stated that his reasoning for leaving his wallet on the sidewalk was that he had friends waiting outside.

• On May 1 the victim’s phone was stolen by unknown suspects from a dining table at the KFC/Taco Bell.

• On May 1 it was reported that an unknown male subject entered Safeway and concealed a bottle of liquor in his jacket. He exited the store without paying.
