WEAPON

• Police were dispatched to the area of Southeast 272nd Street and 228th Avenue Southeast at about 8:57 p.m. on Jan. 6 on a report of a person with a weapon. The alleged victim told police that a male drive pointed a handgun toward another driver.

ASSAULT

• Fourth-degree assault was reported at 7:32 p.m. on Jan. 4 at a residence on the 25500 block of Southeast 274th Place.

LARCENY

• A vehicle prowl was reported at 11:45 a.m. on Jan. 10 on the 18900 block of Southeast 263rd Street.

• Items were reported stolen at 6:59 p.m. on Jan. 9 from a vehicle parked in the Kriss Chiropractic, 27203 216th Avenue Southeast, parking lot.

• Items were reported stolen at 6:36 p.m. on Jan. 9 from a vehicle parked in a driveway on the 23500 block of Southeast 240th Place.

• A purse was reported stolen at 5:02 p.m. on Jan. 9 after a vehicle window was smashed outside of Lake Wilderness Lodge, 22500 SE 248th St.

• Items were reported stolen at 8:50 p.m. on Jan. 8 from a pick up truck parked in a residential driveway on the 26600 block of 201st Place Southeast.

• Theft in an unlocked vehicle was reported at 5:35 p.m. on Jan. 8 in a driveway on the 26600 block of 198th Avenue Southeast.• Attempted shoplifting of five cases of beer as reported at 4:17 p.m. on Jan. 8 at Safeway, 26916 Maple Valley-Black Diamond Road SE.

• Change was reported stolen at 3:16 p.m. on Jan. 8 from two vehicle parked in a driveway on the 21600 block of Southeast 268th Street over a period of nine days.

• Burglary to a residential garage was reported at 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 8 on the 21600 block of Southeast 268th Street.

• A residential burglary was reported at 7:09 a.m. on Jan. 8. Police said unknown suspects forced the kitchen window open to burglarize a home on the 25200 block of 161st Place while the family slept. Items were reported stolen and charged were made to credit cards.

• Residential burglary of an unlocked house was reported at 8:46 p.m. on Jan. 7 on the 26800 block of 195th Court Southeast.

• Alcohol was reported stolen at 6:26 p.m. on Jan. 7 from Safeway, 26916 Maple Valley-Black Diamond Road SE.

• Shoplifting was reported at 5:12 p.m. on Jan. 7 from Home Depot, 27027 185th Ave. SE.

• Two bicycles were reported stolen at 4:49 p.m. on Jan. 7 from an open residential garage on the 21600 block of Southeast 271st Place.

• An engine hoist was reported stolen at 3:27 p.m. on Jan. 7 from a driveway on the 26500 block of 235th Avenue Southeast.

• Shoplifting was reported at 12:45 p.m. on Jan. 7 at Walmart, 17432 SE 270th Place.

• Items were reported stolen at 12:14 a.m. on Jan. 7 from a vehicle parked in a driveway on the 21800 block of Southeast 265th Street.

• Attempted residential burglaries were reported at 10:35 a.m. and 11:20 a.m. on Jan. 7 on the 26900 block of 189th Avenue Southeast.

• Aggravated assault was reported at 10:15 a.m. on Jan. 7. Police said a man was being “belligerent and aggressive” to the bank tellers at Key Bank, 27205 172nd Ave. SE. The man allegedly assaulted a deputy who was removing him from the business. The assault caused injury.

• A residential burglary was reported at 10:03 a.m. on Jan. 7. Police said a window on a private residence on the 19000 block of Southeast 270th Street was forced open and that the suspect stolen a key fob from inside, which was used to steal an Audi parked at the residence.

• Residential burglary was reported at 6:59 a.m. on Jan. 7 after a garage door opener was stolen from a vehicle parked in a driveway on the 19000 block of Southeast 270th Street.

• Attempted commercial burglary was reported at 10:18 p.m. on Jan. 6 at CAF Environmental Solutions, 23175 224th Place SE.

• A commercial burglary was reported at 1:27 p.m. on Jan. 6 at Subway, 26919 state Route 169. Police said the suspect used keys and alarm code access to enter the business after hours and take cash from a locked cash box.

• A vehicle prowl was reported at 9:1 a.m. on Jan. 6 on the 21600 block of Southeast 270th Place. Police said nothing was reported stolen.

• Sunglasses and an iPod were reported stolen at 7 a.m. on Jan. 6 from a vehicle parked on the 27400 block of 237th Place Southeast.

TRESPASSING

• Trespassing was reported at 8 p.m. on Jan. 8 at Cedar Grill. 23631 Maple Valley-Black Diamond Road SE.

• A trespassing arrest was reported at 9:22 a.m. on Jan. 6 at Cutters Point Coffee, 27177 185th Ave. SE. A tip jar was also reported stolen from the shop at 7:21 p.m. on Jan. 7. Police said the suspects were detained.

VANDALISM

• Telephone lines were reported cut at 2:34 p.m. on Jan. 10 outside a home on the 23100 block of Southeast 243rd Place.

• The side window of a city-owned Public Works truck was reported as being broken out at 9:17 a.m. on Jan. 7 on the 22500 block of Southeast 248th Street.

• A vehicle in a driveway on the 22400 block of Southeast 281st Court was reported as being keyed at 3:11 p.m. on Jan. 6.

NEIGHBOR DISPUTE

• Police reported a neighbor dispute at 11:20 a.m. on Jan. 7 on the 163000 block of Southeast 266th Place. Police said one neighbor sprayed another neighbor’s dog with weed killer, but claimed it was an accident.

THREATS

• Text message threats were reported at 3:25 a.m. on Jan. 10 by an individual living on the 26100 block of 220th Place Southeast.

• A phone threat was reported at 11:28 a.m. on Jan. 9 by a hair stylist living on the 27100 block of 204th Avenue Southeast against one of her customers.
