BLACK DIAMOND

The Black Diamond Community Center is now accepting applications for school supplies for Black Diamond area youth in kindergarten through high school.

Applications are due by Aug. 15. School supplies will be distributed from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 29, at the center.

Organizers are accepting donations of backpacks (larger size), composition books, three-ring binders, black markers, glue sticks, erasers, rulers and folders.

Donations can be delivered to the Black Diamond Community Center from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
