2012 Washington State Collision Summary Report Released | Washington Traffic Safety Commission

Each year, several traffic safety agencies collaborate to summarize collision information from reports submitted by law enforcement officers to the Washington State Patrol.

The 2012 Annual Collision Summary for Washington state has been compiled and is available to the public.

Each year, several traffic safety agencies collaborate to summarize collision information from reports submitted by law enforcement officers to the Washington State Patrol.

The summary includes police officer reported collisions on all public roadways in Washington state for the year 2012.

The final report shows that there were 99,560 collisions that year. Of those 99,560 collisions, 403 of them were fatal, resulting in 438 total fatalities.
