Is CBD the same as THC?
No- they are not the same. Both CBD and THC come from the cannabis plant. However, they are not the same chemical. CBD is legal in all 50 states, while THC is not. An oil can only be called “CBD” if it contains less than 0.3%. Anything over that, it becomes a cannabis oil.
Will you test positive on a drug screen when using CBD?
