Tickets for the upcoming play “The Ave.” will be available July 15 at www.maplevalleyarts.com.

The price is $12 for adults and $6 for students/seniors.

The show is rated PG-13.

“The Ave.” was written by Ed Corrigan, a Maple Valley resident, and is based on Corrigan’s poem of the same name, which was a finalists entry in the Seattle Times 2011 Poetry Contest.

The show opens at the Maple Valley Arts Center at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 18.

It is directed by Melanie Studley.
