The Kiwanis Club of Covington sponsored a series of holiday celebrations Friday and Saturday including a pancake breakfast Saturday at St. John the Baptist Church in Covington, a fruitcake throw and the lighting of the city Christmas tree.

Santa joined the festivities at the pancake breakfast and the Christmas tree lighting.
