“What makes Mozart great? Why feature him for a month, even giving him his own channel? Hundreds of years after his birth his music resonates with all of us, from the greatest musicians to the most recent of classical music fans. Mozart is a gift.” comments Bryan Lowe, Classical KING FM program director.
Mozart wrote 41 numbered symphonies. The Paris, Haffner, and Jupiter symphonies are among Mozart’s most popular, along with his Symphony #25, used to great effect in the movie Amadeus and as concert hall standards.
