There were hundreds of children running all over the grassy area at Covington MultiCare Clinic on April 11 in search of eggs and candy. Immediately after the egg hunt the children and families huddled around the Lions Club tent for a raffle to win one of the 50 baskets, stuffed animal bunnies, gift certificates to Applebees, The Little Gym, Chiropractic Care and numerous other prizes. It was a happy Easter event in Covington.

The Lions Club would like to thank the following business organizations for their donations and the volunteers who helped make this a successful event:

Rotary of Covington, Maple Valley Chevron, Cascade Chiropractic, Papa Murphys, Anthony’s Jewelry, Fred Meyer, Costco, Applebee’s, Les Schwab, Cutter’s Point Coffee, Dinners Ready, The Little Gym , Kiwanis Club and the Kent Fire Department.
