I sincerely hope that this letter is seen by the mayor and City Council members of Black Diamond. More than 42,000 citizens who live in Black Diamond, Maple Valley and Covington are in agreement on the following:

1. No amount of mitigation will properly address the environmental impacts caused by adding 6,000 home to Black Diamond.

2. YarrowBay developments should pay for the new schools, new roads and all other increased costs which will be caused in our three cities by their developments.

3. What possible reason is there for doing all this when we have unsold homes all over the place?

We know the answers, and you do, too. Remember who you’re supposed to be working for. It is not YarrowBay developments.
