The mayor and her chair of the Planning Commission are trying to make you believe that they were legally required to support YarrowBay and that it is a done deal. Anyone who has followed the still pending court case, or has attended the hearings over the past few years knows otherwise.

Also, a rebuttal is in order as to a recent letter to the editor by Anna Mason (July 26). She indicated that Dave Gordon and myself were misquoting Keith Watson’s agenda. Mr. Watson’s own quotes in the newspaper and at the forum speak for themselves.
