I wish to thank the staff of both Urgent Care and the Emergency Department of Covington MultiCare who were so kind and caring when I arrived there unexpectedly on the morning of Dec. 28. The wait was short in Urgent Care, and it wasn’t long until I was in a wheelchair on my way over to Emergency. Everyone did everything they could to make me comfortable and answered any questions I had, which I appreciated.

I also wish to thank my wonderful friend and neighbor, Mary, who insisted on driving me there, and who stayed with me the whole time until I was released. As I found out, there are still many nice people in this world.
