Kent Farmer, owner/designated broker of Prudential Meridian Valley Realty, along with over 30 agent/brokers, started the new year with a move into new offices located at 15423 SE 272nd St. near Lake Meridian in Kent. The new location involved an extensive four-month construction project within the Lake Meridian Station retail center along Kent-Kangley Road next door to Parker Paint.
“We are thrilled to be in this new prime location and to have the increased visibility and accessibility,” Farmer said. “After more than 30 years at our old location, we felt it was time for a change. This superb space, complete with its soaring 12 foot ceilings, is an excellent environment for our customers and our agents to conduct transactions.”
The new office space has more than 3,300 square feet and features spacious conference rooms off the main lobby. An on-going Power Point presentation displays information on properties in the Greater Puget Sound Area, and our lobby provides booklets with insurance, mortgage and community information for buyers and sellers.
Farmer praised the design concepts and professional expertise of John Jack Construction, Kontact LLC, Everett Construction, National Sign Corporation and project manager Satwant Singh.
“It was truly a team-effort in making the move such a rapid success. Everyone we have worked with has done an excellentjob of bringing everything together for us,” Farmer said.
