Author and careers counselor Robin Ryan will discuss hiring strategies from her book, “Sixty Seconds and You’re Hired,” during an appearance Jan. 20 at Covington Library.

The program will begin at 7 p.m. The library is at 27100 164th Ave. SE.

In her book, Ryan focuses on making an early and good impression with prospective employers.
