Armed robbers arrested in SeaTac | King County Sheriff’s Office

They were arrested without incident when checking out of a hotel in SeaTac, in the 19200 block of International Boulevard. The suspects are in their 20s, and have been living a transient lifestyle and supporting themselves with the proceeds of the robberies

Yesterday at 1 p.m., detectives with the Major Crimes Unit, assisted by King County tactical deputies, arrested the male and female that are responsible for at least 12 armed robberies over the past few months.

They were arrested without incident when checking out of a hotel in SeaTac, in the 19200 block of International Boulevard. The suspects are in their 20s, and have been living a transient lifestyle and supporting themselves with the proceeds of the robberies.

Seven of the 12 robberies were committed within the jurisdiction of the King County Sheriff’s Office. The majority of those in one of King County’s police contract cities, SeaTac. The remaining robberies were committed in other south King County jurisdictions.

The suspects were booked into the King County Jail for Investigation of Robbery in the 1st degree.

The lead detective will be working with the other agencies to get the charges filed with the prosecutor’s office.
