She has worked in the insurance and financial services industry for more than 23 years, and is a financial planner at AXA Advisors with offices Covington and Bellevue.

Women in Insurance and Financial Services, headquartered in Albany, N.Y., is the only organization in the insurance and financial services industry exclusively devoted to supporting career success of women in this business. 
Hill graduated from the University of Wisconsin and is active in the Rain City Badgers alumni club. In addition to her membership in WIFS, Gail is a member of the Court of the Table of the Million Dollar Round Table, a member of the Estate Planning Councils of Seattle and East King County and Zion Lutheran Church.
