BASEBALL: Kentwood undefeated in early season play

The Kentwood and Tahoma baseball teams met for the first time this season with the Conquerors coming out on top 5-2.

Kentwood kept its undefeated record intact handing the Bears team its first South Puget Sound League, 4A north loss.

The teams played Friday night at the Auburn Mountainview High field, a turf field that allowed the game to be played despite the rain earlier in the day.
