All subjects in the police blotter are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
BURGLARY
• On Sept. 30 officers responded to reports that a 1.18 million dollar home for sale was entered by a suspect who does not have a real estate license. According to the police report, the suspect entered the home by using the back sliding glass door.
• On Oct. 1 officers responded to reports that a number of U-Haul trucks had gas siphoned out of them overnight while parked in a secured lot. According to the police report, the suspects entered the lot by cutting holes in the chain link fence.
• On Oct. 1 officers responded to an attempted burglary where the suspects forced the victim’s garage door open. Once inside the garage, it appears no items were taken but the door jam was damaged.
• On Oct. 2 officers responded to reports that the victim’s home was burglarized while she was gone. According to the police report, the suspects used force to enter the home via the sliding glass door. A pillow case from her bed along with jewelry and her jewelry box were taken.
LARCENY
• On Oct. 2 it was reported that a package was taken from the victim’s door step. The victim arrived home and saw the package at his front door. According to the report, the victim entered his home and by the time he made it to the front door, the package was missing.
• On Oct. 3 it was reported that the victim looked outside and noticed that his flag had been taken from his front porch.
