All subjects in the police blotter are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

LARCENY

• A truck was reported broken into at 8:21 p.m. on April 1 at a Soos Creek parking lot on the 14800 block of Southeast 256 Street.

• Items were reported stolen at 12:25 p.m. on April 1 from GameStop, 16929 SE 270 Place, No. B105.

• A row boat was reported stolen at 11:14 p.m. on March 30 from a residence on the 17100 block of Southeast 260 Place.

DRIVING

• A threat was reported at 5:34 p.m. on March 31 at Southeast 272 Street and Southeast Wax Road. Police say a female confronted a reckless driver, who then threatened her with a handgun.

• An individual was arrested at 7:17 p.m. on March 28 on the 27100 block of 164 Avenue Southeast for driving with a suspended license, third offense, and for having expired tabs.

FRAUD

• Identity theft was reported at 2:41 p.m. on April 1 from an individual living on the 16000 block of Southeast 250 Court.
