  • WHAT SWERVING, OFFICER?: The 30900 block of 3rd Avenue. A female was arrested for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant after an officer observed her driving a vehicle for an extended distance on the shoulder of the roadway. The vehicle swerved around the parked police vehicle as it continued to drive on the shoulder of the road. When the officer stopped the vehicle and questioned her, the female stated she wasn’t speeding but could not provide a response to driving on the shoulder of the road. A record check showed the female had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant out of the Puyallup Police Department on a criminal attempt charge and that her license was suspended. She was arrested and booked into jail.

  • IN THE DOGHOUSE: The 22400 block of Southeast 297th Street. An officers were dispatched to a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at a residence.  Upon arrival officers contacted both parties and learned that the husband and wife were arguing loudly about marital issues.  Both parties said no threats or violence happened and they came to an agreement that the husband would leave for the night. The husband was provided a ride to another location of his choice and both of them were given domestic violence resource information.
  • ROAD RAGE/WARRIOR: The 24300 block of Morgan Street. Officers were dispatched to a dispute at a residence when a woman complained that an unknown man had followed her home in a vehicle and was yelling obscenities towards her. The woman provided a description of the vehicle as it left.  A short time later, an officer located the vehicle circling the neighborhood and stopped it.  The man claimed he was upset because the woman had been tailgating him. The woman requested the man to stay away from her residence and wanted no further involvement. The man was advised his actions were not appropriate and advised to not to return to the area.
