The Carly Stowell Foundation is hosting a fundraiser to “send a student to summer jazz band camp.”
The event is from 7-9 p.m. Friday at St. John the Baptist Church in Covington
The evening will include wine tasting and a dinner jazz gala, featuring Tom Garling. He will be accompanied by a group of Seattle area musicians that comprise the teaching staff for our first annual jazz improvisation workshop, which will be July 25-29 at Camp Berachah.
Registration forms for the summer jazz camp are available online at the foundation website, carlystowellfoundation.org. Financial aid will be available to students that qualify.
