All subjects in the police blotter are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

ANIMAL PROBLEM

• On Aug. 16 officers responded to reports that the reporting party’s car was injured by the neighbor’s dog.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

• On Aug. 17 it was reported that a backpack containing marijuana and other paraphernalia was found at the end of the reporting party’s driveway.

PARKING VIOLATION

• On Aug. 19 officers were dispatched to the report of a vehicle blocking a residence driveway. The report stated an abandoned vehicle was parked in the middle of the roadway blocking the driveway.
