Suspect violates cour order|Police Blotter

ASSAULT

• On Oct. 30 officers were contacted regarding reports a mother had slapped her 21-year-old disabled daughter. The police report stated this incident happened on several occasions and caused brief pain. The report added the daughter was relocated to a safe location by her siblings.

• On Nov. 2 it was reported to officers that the victim and subject had agreed to meet and exchange clothes. The police report stated the victim was also going to buy a pair of boots from the subject. The report added the victim paid the suspect before reportedly being punched in the face by the suspect.

• On Nov. 3 officers responded to reports the suspect had reportedly rammed their vehicle into the victim’s vehicle while on a public roadway.

VIOLATION OF COURT ORDERS

• On Nov. 1 it was reported to officers the suspect was violating court orders by going to the victim’s house on multiple occasions.

• On Nov. 3 while officers were arresting a subject for violating court orders, the subject became uncooperative and began resisting arrest, the report stated.

VANDALISM

• On Oct. 30 it was reported to officers the glass on the victim’s back door had been broken. According to the police report, no entry had been made into the home.

• On Nov. 1 two male subjects had reportedly spray painted male genitalia on vehicles. The police report stated charges had been forwarded for filing.

• On Nov. 2 officers received more reports of male genitalia being spray painted on vehicles. The police report stated that two large images had been painted onto the passenger side of the victim’s vehicle.

LARCENY

• On Nov. 2 it was reported to officers that the victim’s generator had been stolen from their yard. The police report stated the unknown suspects used bolt cutters to cut the chain link fence in order to gain access to the generator.

BURGLARY

• On Nov. 2 officers were contacted about a residential burglary where the unknown suspects had reportedly entered a fully fenced back yard by damaging a gate. The police report stated the suspects removed window screens and entered a shed in the back yard where they rifled through the victim’s belongings.

MENTAL COMPLAINTS

• On Nov. 1 while officers were in a marked patrol car they were flagged down by citizens regarding an intoxicated subject. The police report stated a male subject had been seen walking along the road not dressed for the weather and was almost hit by vehicles.

PERSON WITH A WEAPON

• On Oct. 26 it was reported that a person was in possession of a pistol at Jenkins Creek Park. The police report stated the pistol had an altered serial number on it.

FAMILY DISTURBANCE

• On Nov. 1 officers were contacted by a male victim who reported his wife had slapped him during an argument.
