Douglas Keith Hanson, 74, of Maple Valley died at home May 26, 2010. He was born Jan. 30, 1936 in Butternut, Wis.

He served in the Army from 1954 to 1956 and retired from USF Reddiway in 1998 as a truck driver.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Brenda; sons Dean (Cathy) of Rio Rancho, N.M. and Wes of Beaver, Utah; brother Marlyn of Lancaster, Calif.; sister Joan of Stanwood; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Memorial services will 1 p.m. June 6, 2010 at the Black Diamond Eagles Lodge.
