All subjects in the police blotter are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

CIVIL PROBLEM

• On July 24 officers responded to reports of a dispute between two recently divorced subjects over property and visitation.

• On July 29 officers responded to reports that someone took the reporting party’s vehicle without permission. According to the police report, the subject had permission in the past to drive the vehicle but not this time.

BURGLARY

• On July 26 it was reported that a bike and lawn trimmer were taken from an open garage overnight.

• On July 30 it was reported a homeowner found their bedroom window pried open and items missing. According to the police report jewelry and cash was taken.
