Six robberies of espresso stands in south King County, all apparently by the same suspect, have prompted the county Sheriff Department to ask for the public’s help in solving them.

One robbery occurred in the Kent area and one in the Auburn area.

Investigators believe a white male, described as 40 to 50 years old, with grayish hair and bad teeth, is responsible for all the holdups, according to the Sheriff Department. Witnesses have reported he drives a 2003 or 2004 Mitsubishi Montero Sport XLS, red or maroon in color with an unknown license plate.
