Maple Valley to host Family Night in the Park Aug. 23 featuring Elvis concert, ‘The LORAX’ film

The city of Maple Valley will host a Family Night in the Park on Thursday, Aug. 23 at the Lake Wilderness Park.

The city of Maple Valley will host a Family Night in the Park on Thursday, Aug. 23 at the Lake Wilderness Park.

An Illusion of Elvis concert will be held at 6 p.m. and the film “The LORAX” will be shown at 8:30 p.m.

Concessions with popcorn and grilled hotdogs will be sold all evening so be sure to stock up on treats for the movie.

The concert and the movie are free.
