ASSAULT

• On Sept. 23 it was reported that a Cedar Heights Middle School student was assaulted on their way to school by the older brother of another student.

• On Oct. 1 officers responded to reports that an argument between two people turned physical. According to the police report, the victim was thrown to the ground by the suspect. The suspect then punched the victim.

AUTO THEFT

• On Sept. 28 officers responded to reports of a vehicle being taken from the YMCA parking lot without permission. According to the police report, the suspects are unknown.

STALKING

• On Sept. 28 it was reported that the victim is being cyberstalked with emails and instant messages after a break up.

TRAFFIC COMPLAINT

• On Sept. 29 it was reported that there are speeding vehicles during morning school hours of 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. near Crestwood Elementary School.
