All subjects in the police blotter are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
VANDALISM
• On May 27 officers responded to reports that a computer monitor was thrown at the front door of Command Computer by unknown subjects. The police report stated that the only damage was to the computer monitor.
• On May 28 officers responded to reports an obscenity was written in permanent marker on a panel of the reporting party’s house. The reporting party told officers he also discovered a rock in his driveway with an obscenity written on it.
DISTURBANCE
• On May 27 officers responded to reports that two vehicles of juveniles were causing a disturbance. The police report stated there was a verbal confrontation between residents and a suspicious vehicle.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
• On May 29 officers contacted a driver of a vehicle that was blocking the roadway. The driver was found to be driving under the influence.
THREATS
• On May 30 officers responded to reports that the suspect was pushing and trying to break a front door and window of his house while yelling he was going to kill the people inside. The police report stated his wife, kids and a neighbor were inside the home. A taser was used when the suspect came at a deputy.
