In separate events next week, Cornerstone United Methodist Church will host a blood drive for Puget Sound Blood Center and a luncheon for its seniors group.

The blood drive will be at the church (20730 272nd St.) on April 16 from 1 to 7 p.m. Puget Sound Blood Center supplies 44 hospitals in the region – 21 of them in King County, including Valley Medical Center and Auburn Regional Medical Center. The center can be contacted at 1-800-398-7888.

Cornerstone’s Silver Servants Ministry will meet for lunch at Rooter’s BBQ on April 19 at noon. The cost is $5. Anyone looking for a group of seniors for fellowship can contact Bob Garland at (360) 886-2246.
