VANDALISM: 26100 block of 195th Place Southeast. A male who had been invited to his girlfriend’s house threw a rock at the door of her home, damaging the door knob, then slapped her in the face.

VIOLENT SHOPLIFTER: 17400 block of Southeast 272nd Street. After stealing beer and soda from the AM/PM the suspect then threatened to shoot his victim when confronted about his theft.

THEFT: 19600 block of Southeast 272nd Street. During school hours someone stole a digital camera from a teacher’s desk. The camera was typically loaned out to students for class projects.

HARASSMENT: 16100 block of Southeast 259th Street. A man was accused of stalking and verbally harassing his neighbors after contacting them at 2:06 a.m.

BURGLARY: 26200 block of 180th Avenue Southeast. Someone disabled the locking mechanism on the Kent Little League concession stand at the league’s ball fields. The suspect then returned at a later time and stole items from the concession stand which is on property leased to the league by Covington Christian Fellowship.

KIND OF BLUE: 25000 block of Southeast Maple Ridge. Someone climbed to the top of a water tower and painted the roof blue.
VANDALISM: 23800 block of Kent-Kangley Road. The word “helio” was spray painted onto the Four-Corner Village sign by an unknown suspect.

THEFT AND ARSON: 25907 block of Lake Wilderness Country Club Road. Someone went into an car that had been left unlocked, stole money and property, then attempted to burn the car by lighting bottle rockets inside the car.

ROAD RAGE: 21800 block of Southeast 271st Place. Angered while driving, a motorist assaulted the other driver involved in the road rage incident, pushing the victim a number of times. The suspect was arrested for fourth degree assault.
May 27
WRONG KEY: 22200 block of Southeast 273rd Street. Someone attempted to start a woman’s vehicle with the wrong key then couldn’t remove the key from the ignition. The victim called to report vandalism but chose not to press charges.

UNHAPPY HOMECOMING: 22100 block of Southeast 251st Court. A woman returned to her home after being hospitalized and discovered that $21,000 in cash was taken from her safe.
