Grade: Senior. Sport: Track and Field. Accomplishment: Peterson delivered a 9-6 in the pole vault April 23 to win the crown at the Bellevue Invitational. Favorite class: Photography. If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner whom would you invite and what you would serve? I would invite my mom’s dad that I never got to meet and get to know him and serve Chinese food. What is your greatest athletic moment: Almost clearing 10 feet in pole vault at the Bellevue Invite. What’s currently playing on your iPod? Anything alternative like All Time Low and some hardcore stuff like Escape the Fate. In 10 years I will be:…A nurse or special ed teacher. Grade: Junior. Sport: Boys Soccer. Accomplishment: Last week Downing had both goals in a 2-1 win over Auburn on April 28, two assists in a 4-1 victory against Kent-Meridian on April 26 along with a goal and an assist against Kentlake to help Tahoma win 4-3. The Bears are solidly in third place in the South Puget Sound League North Division heading in play Tuesday at 9-3-2. This season Downing has netted 10 goals for Tahoma. Favorite class: Chemistry. Grade: Senior. Sport: Fastpitch. Accomplishment: Dunn was strong at the plate for Tahoma last week as the squad won three games. Dunn was 2-for-3 against Kentridge on April 26, then went 2-for-2 with a single, a double and two RBIs against Auburn on April 29 and 2-for-4 with a pair of triples against Auburn Riverside on April 30. Entering play Wednesday, Dunn was hitting .442 on the season. Favorite class: Floral design. If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner whom would you invite and what you would serve? Grade: Sophomore. Sport: Baseball. Accomplishment: As Tahoma wrapped up a near perfect league season last week, Johnson was 4-for-4 at the plate with a double and an RBI in a 3-1 defeat of Kentridge then went 3-for-4 while driving in two runs in an 11-9 victory over Auburn Riverside, helping the Bears finish 15-1 to take the South Puget Sound League North Division crown. I would invite Walter Payton and I would serve orange chicken and fried rice. What is your greatest athletic moment: Going 5-for-5 with two home runs at University of Oregon last July.
