All subjects in the police blotter are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

LARCENY

•On May 19 it was reported that wire was taken from three lights in the parking lot of the LA Fitness. The police report stated the stolen wire totals $10,000.

• A shoplifting suspect was booked into SCORE on May 20 after shoplifting items from Home Depot. The suspect was also charged for being in possession of metal knuckles. The merchandise was located and returned to the store.

• On May 22 an unknown suspect entered the victim’s vehicle and took items from inside. The police report stated that the suspects unzipped the rear plastic window of the vehicle to gain access.

• On May 22 officer responded to reports that an unknown suspect had pried off the locks to a storage shed and stole a lawn mower from inside. The police report stated that in order to take the mower, the suspect had to cut off the padlock securing the mower.

• On May 14 officers responded to reports that the suspect entered Walmart and selected items from the store and attempted to return them without a receipt.
